Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require authorization, must be pre-approved by NutraGenerx, and be received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. It is the policy of NutraGenerx not to accept returned merchandise. However, return authorization may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Nutragenerx may refuse to accept a returned product that does not have a visible return authorization form.
No product credit will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed.
A processing fee/restocking fee may be applied to each returned product. Shipping costs on returned products will be paid by the customer, unless those costs are waived by Nutragenerx staff when return authorization is approved.
Nutragenerx does not generally accept returns on products that have had the safety seal (heat induction seal) opened or removed. If the damage to the product seal was caused by damage to the package during transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier immediately. If there is damage to the product without damage to the package, please inform the Nutragenerx customer service department to coordinate with them for a return/exchange.
After coordinating with NutraGenerx customer service for return/exchange, an email confirmation will be provided for any specific items being returned, also articulating fees for shipping and restocking. A shipping label attached to this email must be printed and visible on the outside of the box. To assist with providing a low-cost shipping label, please provide us with the dimensions of the box you will be using to return the product.
These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined it is in the best interests of NutraGenerx to do so.
